Setting a Minimum Date for Scheduled Tasks

The Instance Manager includes functionality to schedule tasks for your instances. A key feature of the interface, as shown in the code, is that the date and time input (`scheduled_datetime`) is automatically set with a minimum value of the current date and time. This prevents you from scheduling tasks in the past.
