By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3. User Content
The Service allows you to submit, post, display, and share content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain all of your rights in and to your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant SharePanel.host a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and our business. This license also extends to third parties we partner with to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this license to us.
You agree not to post any User Content that is illegal, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SharePanel.host and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Province of British Columbia and Canada, as well as foreign countries. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, a violation of these Terms, illegal activities, or prolonged account inactivity. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so at any time via your account settings or by contacting us directly. Upon termination, all provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
