1. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Account Holder") and SharePanel.host ("SharePanel," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of our website, APIs, documentation, software products, SNCS instances, organization management tools, AI-powered features, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering for an account, deploying an instance, creating an organization, using our AI features, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Important: These Terms may be updated from time to time without direct notification. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

"SNCS Instance" means a Simple No Code Service instance deployed through our platform, including but not limited to blogs, portfolios, wikis, e-commerce stores, CRMs, HR systems, analytics dashboards, and other templates.

"Organization" means a team workspace that allows multiple users to collaborate, share instances, manage members with role-based access (Admin, Member, Viewer), and access organization-specific tools like Cloud Drive, Analytics Dashboard, API Gateway, and CI/CD Pipeline.

"User Content" means all data, materials, code, files, instances, configurations, and multimedia content that you upload, submit, deploy, or otherwise make available through the Service.

"AI Features" refers to our AI-powered site generation, ticket resolution, code review, chatbot assistant, and any other artificial intelligence services provided through the platform.

"Organization Tools" means specialized instances linked to organizations, including Cloud Drive, Secure File Storage, Analytics Dashboard, API Gateway, CI/CD Pipeline, Monitoring tools, and other organization-specific services.

"Subscription" means the purchased right to access and use the Service for a defined period according to the selected plan (Personal, Professional, or Enterprise).

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account and provide current, accurate, and complete information, including a valid email address and billing details. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SharePanel offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for all accounts, especially those with organization admin privileges.

For organization accounts, administrators are responsible for:

  • Managing member access and role assignments
  • Monitoring organization tool subscriptions and usage
  • Ensuring compliance with these Terms by all organization members
  • Promptly revoking access for departed employees or contractors

SharePanel provides access to 28+ production-ready templates (20+ free, 8+ premium) that can be deployed as SNCS instances. When you deploy an instance:

  • You are responsible for all content and data stored within your instances
  • Instances may be set to Active, Sleep (paused to save costs), or Dead (error state)
  • Sleeping instances can be woken instantly when needed (Professional plan feature)
  • Each deployment is tracked with comprehensive analytics
  • You must comply with the template's license terms and any third-party dependencies
  • Premium templates require an active Professional or Enterprise subscription

You may deploy custom instances from GitHub repositories or static files, subject to your subscription limits and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Organizations allow multiple users to collaborate on shared instances and resources. Key terms:

  • Roles: Admin (full control), Member (create/manage instances), Viewer (read-only access)
  • Organization Tools: Cloud Drive, Analytics Dashboard, API Gateway, CI/CD Pipeline, and other tools require separate subscriptions
  • Storage Limits: Each organization has storage and file limits based on subscription tier
  • Member Management: Admins can invite, remove, and manage member permissions
  • Internal Messaging: Organizations include built-in mailer for team communication
  • Resource Sharing: Instances can be shared across organization members

Organization administrators are responsible for ensuring all members comply with these Terms. Violations by any member may result in suspension or termination of the entire organization account.

SharePanel offers AI-powered features including:

  • AI Site Generation: Generate complete websites from natural language descriptions
  • AI Ticket Resolution: Automated troubleshooting and support ticket resolution
  • AI Code Review: Automated code analysis and suggestions
  • AI Chatbot Assistant: Interactive help with platform questions and commands

By using AI features, you understand that:

  • AI-generated content may require human review and editing
  • AI responses are provided "as-is" without warranty
  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content
  • AI features may have usage limits based on your subscription tier
  • We may use your interactions with AI features to improve our services

SharePanel offers multiple subscription tiers:

  • Personal (Free): 1 organization, 2 active instances, 1 GB storage, 20+ free templates
  • Professional ($29.99/month): 5 organizations, 50 active instances, 10 GB storage, all 28+ templates, organization tools, sleeping instances, AI features
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing with dedicated support and higher limits

Additional fees apply for:

  • Organization tool subscriptions (Cloud Drive, Analytics, API Gateway, CI/CD, etc.)
  • Custom subdomains (from $2/month)
  • Premium template access (included in Professional plan)
  • Exceeding subscription limits (overage charges may apply)

All fees are billed in U.S. dollars and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 30 days prior to renewal. Subscription upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Deploy instances containing illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
  • Exceed your subscription limits without upgrading
  • Use AI features to generate content that violates laws or these Terms
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from other users' instances without permission
  • Perform network scans, penetration tests, or DDoS attacks
  • Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Use organization tools to store sensitive data without proper security measures
  • Circumvent technical restrictions or rate limits
  • Use the Service to compete with SharePanel or build competing products

SharePanel may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if SharePanel reasonably believes that such action is necessary to protect the Service or third parties.

Upon termination:

  • All your instances will be deactivated
  • Organization access will be revoked for all members
  • Your data will be retained for 60 days, after which it may be permanently deleted
  • All API keys and access tokens will be invalidated
  • Outstanding payment obligations will become immediately due

SharePanel and its licensors exclusively own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant SharePanel a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing the Service.

When you deploy an instance or upload code:

  • You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content
  • You grant SharePanel rights to host, display, and serve your content
  • You must comply with all applicable third-party licenses (e.g., open-source licenses)
  • SharePanel may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our services

2. Privacy Policy

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email, billing address, payment details, subscription plan
  • Instance Data: Deployed instances, configurations, custom code, database content
  • Organization Data: Member lists, roles, shared resources, internal messages
  • Usage Analytics: Deployment activity, API calls, feature usage, error logs, performance metrics
  • AI Interaction Data: Queries to AI features, generated content, feedback on AI responses
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, operating system
  • Support Communications: Support tickets, chat logs, feedback submissions

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Enable organization collaboration and team features
  • Power AI features and improve AI responses
  • Generate analytics and insights for your instances
  • Monitor service performance and security
  • Send service updates, security alerts, and marketing communications (with opt-out)
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

We may share your information with:

  • Payment Processors: Stripe and other payment providers to process transactions
  • Hosting Providers: Infrastructure partners who host our services
  • Analytics Providers: To understand usage patterns and improve the Service
  • AI Service Providers: Third-party AI services used to power our AI features
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights

All third parties are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data
  • Data Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications
  • Restrict Processing: Request limitations on how we process your data

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@sharepanel.host. We will respond within 30 days (or as required by applicable law).

We retain your data as follows:

  • Account Data: Until account deletion or 5 years after last activity
  • Instance Data: Until instance deletion or account termination (60-day grace period)
  • Billing Records: 7 years for tax and audit purposes
  • Support Logs: 2 years for quality assurance
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely
  • Security Logs: 1 year for security monitoring

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When deploying SNCS instances, you must:

  • Use instances only for lawful purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights of template creators
  • Not exceed your subscription's instance limits
  • Monitor instance health and respond to errors promptly
  • Not use instances to host illegal content or services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

When using organization features:

  • Admins must ensure all members comply with these Terms
  • Do not share organization access with unauthorized users
  • Respect role-based permissions and access controls
  • Use organization tools (Cloud Drive, etc.) responsibly and within limits
  • Do not use internal messaging for spam or harassment
  • Promptly remove departed members from organizations

When using AI-powered features:

  • Do not use AI to generate illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
  • Review and verify all AI-generated code before deployment
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or manipulate AI responses
  • Respect rate limits and usage quotas for AI features
  • Do not use AI features to create competing services
  • Understand that AI responses are provided "as-is" without warranty

When using SharePanel APIs:

  • Respect rate limits specified in your subscription tier
  • Do not use APIs to scrape or harvest data from other users
  • Implement proper authentication and security measures
  • Do not exceed API quotas without upgrading
  • Use webhooks responsibly and avoid creating excessive load
  • Comply with API documentation and best practices
