However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails (transactional emails cannot be opted out)
  • Disable analytics tracking (may impact some features)
  • Request restrictions on how we process your data

6.4 Exercising Your Rights

  • 30 days for GDPR requests (EU users)
  • 45 days for CCPA/CPRA requests (California residents, with possible 45-day extension)
  • 30 days for PIPEDA requests (Canadian users)
  • 7 working days for 152-FZ requests (Russian users)

7. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above:

  • Account Data: Until account deletion or 5 years after last activity
  • Instance Data: Until instance deletion or 60 days after account termination
  • Organization Data: Until organization deletion or 60 days after account termination
  • Billing Records: 7 years for tax and audit purposes (as required by law)
  • Support Logs: 2 years for quality assurance and training
  • Security Logs: 1 year for security monitoring
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely
  • Backups: Rotating backups retained for up to 30 days

After the retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your data, except where retention is required by law.

8. International Data Transfers

SharePanel operates globally, and your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data:

  • EU Users (GDPR): Data transfers outside the EU use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission
  • US Users: Transfers comply with applicable US privacy laws
  • Russian Users (152-FZ): Personal data stored on servers within Russia or with explicit consent for international transfers
  • All Users: Encryption, access controls, and other security measures protect data regardless of location

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
